Club Notice

 

The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited sends its compliments and wish to bring to the notice of the general sporting public updates on some club activities.

 Raddy Ovouka extends Hearts contract till 2024:

The Management is pleased to bring to the notice of all Phobians that our Congolese international defender, Raddy Ovouka has extended his contract at the club till 2024. The club is confident his stay with us will help us achieve our aims and aspirations.

 Pobiman:

We are happy to inform the public that construction works of our Pobiman Academy project is progressing steadily and will be completed as scheduled. When competed the facility which will be the first of its kind in the country will have accommodation for players and staff, lecture rooms, a professional gym and many other operational centres befitting a modern football academy.  

 Covid-19 Protocols and Stewards at stadium:

As part of the mandatory convid-19 safety protocols, the club in line with the directives from the Ghana Football Association has organized training for club stewards who will work on our match days to ensure that all Covid safety protocols at the Accra Sports stadium are well observed.

We will want to appeal to the loving football fans to adhere strictly to the directives from these stewards as we continue to take steps to stay safe from Covid and protect human lives.

 Let your support count-Maximizing our 25% during match days:

We are pleased to notify our teeming fans that the second round of the Ghana Premier League competition will resume on Friday, 2nd April 2021 with our first game coming up against Aduana on Sunday at the Accra Sports stadium.

With the directive from the Government that only 25% of the fans would be permitted into the stadium during match days, we are calling on all Phobians to LET OUR SUPPORT COUNT during our match days at the Accra Sports stadium and together we shall be successful and proud as Phobians at the end of the season. Phooooooobia, let our support count on Sunday when we take on Aduana Stars.

 Abdul Aziz Nurudeen:

The Club has taken steps and seeking professional medical advice on the injury situation of our midfielder, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen.

We are confident that the medical team will work diligently on him and get him back to full fitness after the desired surgery. We admit it is our responsibility to take care of such activities and are poised on fulfilling that to guarantee a better player welfare.

Daniel Kodie:

The club has already commenced the process to finding solution to the player’s injury situation. We have received two separate quotations from within and outside for his treatment and per professional advice will decide on which of the options will be the best to solve his injury problem.

Danjuma Kuti:

We are also pleased to inform all Phobians that the club has mutually terminated the contract of Nigerian International forward, Danjuma Kuti.

All his entitlements have been paid to him and we wish him well in his future endeavours,

Update on Lawali:

The club is currently honoring all of its obligations towards ensuring that our player, Lawali Mamane successfully goes through surgery to regain his fitness and return to play for the club.

Our medical team is currently taking the player through further clinical trials and will proceed with surgery per the medical advice.

 We also want to put on record that the second tranche of the enticement fee for the player is due and the club has acknowledged that and will pay as agreed upon.

 Again, we are notifying our followers that we have not received any letter from FIFA as speculated in the media space. As and when we do, the club will respond to it based on its content.

 As a club we are calling on all Phobians to remain calm and throw our support behind the Board as it continues to steer the affairs of the club to ensure that we will start the second round on a positive note. We are therefore appealing to all not to make any further pronouncement on issues relating to Lawali as we continue to deal with it effectively.
