HEARTS OF OAK INJURY UPDATE

Robert Addo returned after five days off. He was given permission to stay off so he could fully concentrate on the directives from the medical team to help him overcome the minor injury he sustained in a training game. The decision to rest him came soon after the game against Kamsar, a game he helped Hearts to win.

However, a medical update from the medical department following a fuller assessment of the injury has confirmed that Addo has recovered well and he is expected to be available for the match against WAC of Morocco.

That means, in addition to any friendly matches to be played, Robert Addo will be available to ensure that he continues to keep fit.

Top of the pile is Caleb Amankwah and Raddy Ovouka who are proving to be just as valuable as every other player in the squad. The good thing is that Caleb has recovered as well and has resumed training. He was involved in the friendly match against Tema Youth, where the team won by 4 – 2.

The defender has proved himself to be a must-have in the midfield likewise Ovouka in the defence.
