Hearts of Oak is gradually gaining the points that they will need to defend their title. They are increasingly adding points to what they have. Hearts are in Tarkwa to honour another one of their outstanding matches.

They play Medeama who in a way has turned their home ground into a fortress. The side that was formerly coached by Head coach, Samuel Boadu are a formidable side and will prove a tough nut to crack. Since coach Boadu left the Tarkwa based club he has never lost a match to them in all competitions. He has always triumphed over them. It will be his first match at the Akoon park against his former club.  

Hearts are currently occupying the 9th position in the league and will be looking to improve on that position. Medeama is yet to lose a match at the Akoon Park whilst Hearts of oak have only lost once away and will be looking forward to avoiding dropping points. Hearts who played against Bibiani Gold star in an away match are highly motivated to put up another performance to help them win their next match against Medeama.

So far Hearts do not have any injury making all players in camp available for selection.
