Pre-Match: Hearts of Oak vs G.Olympics

Coach Boadu plays Olympics very early in the season. Good Omen or not? This will be his second game of the season. We all recall that since Boadu joined Hearts of Oak he has only managed a drawn game against the Dade boys.

Speaking to heartsofoaksc.com ahead of the crucial match, coach Boadu mentioned his desire to make sure this time around the phobians will carry the day and smile at the end of the match.

He admonished the players to be extra clinical upfront when the opportunity presents itself. He touched on the need for full concentration throughout to avoid any defeat.

"We have had enough preparation, the truth is Olympics are a very good side. They beat us the 1st time and the second time but we need to stop them the third time. So we are working hard to make sure that our fans will be happy at the end of the season”.

In his player plan for the match, the coach had in his plan Konadu Yiadom. If everything goes well, konadu Yiadom might make his Hearts of Oak debut wearing the Phobia shirt for the first time. In the player's tweet, he mentioned that he is “ready".

The match against Olympics will be Hearts of Oak's first home match of the season with fans expected to come in and be the “twelfth man” on the pitch of play to push the team to victory.
