Accra Hearts of Oak plays against Accra Lions in what promises to be a mouthwatering encounter between these Accra based Premiership teams. 

Accra Hearts of Oak will be led by the acting head coach, Abdul Bashiru, after Martinus Koopman and the club mutually parted ways last week.

The fast-paced team, Accra Lions is expected to give Hearts of Oak a good run for their money as they look to continue a run of victory that has given them renewed hope. 

In the last 5 matches played between the two teams, the glorious club, Accra Hearts of Oak, has been victorious in all. The last encounter ended with just a goal in favour of Hearts of Oak. 

Hearts of Oak are going into the game with the return of some players from injury giving the coach more options to choose his squad from.

The likes of Raphael Amponsah, Gideon Asante and Amankwah Baafi are back to training, and they are available for selection. 

The matchday-11 against Accra Lions on Tuesday will be a real test for Acting Head Coach Abdul Bashiru who took over from Koopman.
